Heart-Breaking Determination: Sun-Stroked Runner

So Vent recently posted a video about an athlete that got injured while competing in a race and it reminded me of a similar incident that happened back in the 80's.
It was during a women's long distance race at the Olympics that one of the runners suffered from severe heat stroke. Although she was severely effected, she insisted to medics who tried to make her quit the race that she wanted to finish.

It's an extremely emotional video, just because of how badly she was injured.
Bs jad, this women has some serious determination!

Addicted: Twizzlers

The only place they can be found in Kuwait is at the Sultan Center, but they aren't always in stock.
If you do come across them, give them a try!

Charge your iphone through Kuwait's heat!

XDModo solar charger is exactly what we need in our insanely hot weather! Just stick to the inside of any glass window and it will charge your phone through solar energy. It retails at $66 and it takes 13 hours of direct sunlight to reach full charge.

Organize Your Plugs!

I got into the habit of labelling wires a few years ago (don't judge me) and you won't believe how convenient and organised it has made desks and entertainment areas all around Kuwait (yes, I plan on starting one country at a time :)). I usually use a sticker and put it on the back of the plug, but you could also use the method below.
Now run along and do the same :)
