This is a truly moving video which broke my heart, showing how a runner tore his hamstring during the race but still wanted to continue till the finish line. It shows you how you should never give up no matter what. I urge everyone to take a look.

Elite Athlete Workouts: Michael Phelps
So the Olympics are finally underway, and I thought this mini-documentary about Michael Phelps' (a multi-gold winning swimming athlete) training regiment was appropriate to post. It covers his workouts, ethics and even the training clothes he wears.

Saudi Ray William Johnson
I don't know if you're familiar with Ray William Johnson, but he's probably one of the most famous youtubers out there. He basically reviews videos and comments on them and gets millions of views and hits.
I like to think of Bader, who stars in 'Eysh Elly", as being the Saudi version. What makes this channel unique is that all the team and hosts are Saudi, and the content reviewed is mainly from the Middle East and they touch on other topics that happen in our everyday lives. It's been created with high quality and a great sense of humour.. and again its 5aleeji which makes it more relatable.
